How much water should Elderly drink per day? - Ola - 02-03-2024

Referring to those above 70 years old and living in Singapore. 

Anyone knows?

Normally around 3L per day, including all fluids

Some old folk cannot drink so much water. Cause they got water retention. Go check up first.
