How much water should Elderly drink per day?

Referring to those above 70 years old and living in Singapore. 

Anyone knows?

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

Normally around 3L per day, including all fluids

Some old folk cannot drink so much water. Cause they got water retention. Go check up first.

Don’t just drink the more the better.

It has to depend you work outdoor or indoor.
