Ho has previous convictions for speeding in 2017 and dangerous driving in 2019 so he obviously hasn't learned his lesson.

asking a question : is it coz if they themselves commit traffic offence, they also dont want the laws to be more stringent??????????

it is becos our law or the judges are to lax to put a much heavier penalty on these rich youngsters(themselves or their family is rich) money is never a problem
