4 yrs and 8 yrs old kids. Support parents.
Don't know he got saving or RA...?
Bad planning when young.

Mortgage in Japan is very long one, father starts paying the initial part and children carry on to finish paying the remaining part.

I think it is the easiest mortgage loan compared to many international cities.
