Hong Kong has better way than Singapore and higher cost of living
If the pay is no good many talents from Hong Kong will seek employment opportunities in Singapore

They will attract more Chinese Malaysian go there since a lot Malaysian are Cantonese and been influence by HK a lot , even HK got some movie companies office at Malaysia

Whereas for non Chinese obviously will not have much go HK

They won't go there. Most will still come to Spore because it's not too far away from their home in Malaysia. If want a better life then they'll go angmoh countries.
