It had always be said that only 5% are winners in the stock market, the other 95% are losers, similarly with those who gambled in casinos.....

I believe based on CPF published statistics of those who use CPFIS to play stocks, the proportion is 75% lose money 20% make less than 4% p.a. and the remaining 5% make above 4% p.a.. Quite a sad state of affairs.

Buy shares/stocks is a form of gambling, therefore the rule of 5% winning and 95% losing still rings true....
