town council staff is wrong ? - talky - 21-12-2021
I wanted to pay 1 yr s&c charges to avoid any incoming increases in the s& c charges that may happen soon .
but the counter staff says locking in is no use, any increases will still be affected.
let say i pay $80x12 mths =$960
if increase by 10% =$88
so this $960 is not enough for 12 mths charges.

TC over staffed . Cut away Mayor positions too. Too many people doing same job descriptions.

Mayor is CDC. All the work in CDC is somewhat replicated by the CC. Both under PA.

No idea as I don’t stay in HDB flat. But from my perspective there’s no need for a mayor position. Too much fat in the system. Time to trim down the costs and save taxpayers money.
