I wanted to pay 1 yr s&c charges to avoid  any  incoming increases in the s& c charges that may happen soon .

but the counter staff says locking in  is no use, any increases will still be affected.

let say i pay $80x12 mths =$960
if increase by 10% =$88 
so this $960 is not enough for 12 mths charges.

Mayor is CDC. All the work in CDC is somewhat replicated by the CC. Both under PA.

No idea as I don’t stay in HDB flat. But from my perspective there’s no need for a mayor position. Too much fat in the system. Time to trim down the costs and save taxpayers money.

THE LAST INCREASE ON S& C WAS FEW YRS AGO PAP WILL SAY HIGH TIME TO INCREASEAS COSTS GO UP,BUT I SEE FEWER CLEANERS MANPOWER REDUCED NOT INCREASED!!
