The 17-year-old S'porean supporter of terror group ISIS planned to kill non-Muslims in Tampines during the September school holidays with a pair of scissors. When the police arrested him, did they also find paper and stone in his possession?

They need rehabilitation as well.

In fact, the paper cut is the most annoying since it is on the finger which I have to use daily and it is usually difficult to put a plaster there.
