A few years ago, Malaysia's former Human Resources Minister V. Sivakumar stated that 1.13 million Malaysians migrated to Singapore in 2022.

Malaysians are the largest group of new citizens and permanent residents in Singapore.

And if I am not mistaken, I think this 1.13 million malaysians new citizens and permanent residents haven't include those malaysians holding employment passes, S-Pass, work permits, student passes.

After losing SK then they found out 60% are below 40 yrs old. Young ppl vote for national policies affecting their future and livelihood not estate management. And, they never thought they would lose as SK was previously under pasir ris punggol GRC and always won comfortably

Yes, it is definitely more than 1.13 Million Malaysians based on the neighbourhood where I live. I feel that it should be 2 Million Malaysians around.
