to iran best benefits is to declare total damage. so as not to attract further attack. also to

they need to bum up the air defence. looks like doing it with high level visit to russia.
world need to bum up strength of underground bunker with reinforce concrete, steel plate. so the hard shell must be really hard. a soft liquid with high tensile, material on surface to reduce kenetic energy and explosive to detonate the bunker baster upon contact not underground. or at least cause the angle to deviate and go side ways.
