Just like mask, issue free recycle bags every quarterly and change the way we dump our rubbish at home.
Need to have engineering CA to make it work. Pls also stop selling beverage stored in 1 time disposable plastic bottle. Recommend the patrons to bring their own cup with reward of getting cash back.

Without the one time use plastic bags, people will have to buy trash bags for their garbage. More plastic bags are needed. It is LPPL!

Once I bought quite a number of items at a Convenience Store in Taipei, by the time I make payment at the counter, I was told they dunt provide plastic bags, if I want a bag, they only have paper bag and it is chargeable.

That happened 10 years ago, Taiwan is ahead of Spore by so many years. In Spore people still debate if it should be chargeable and by how much.
