Current chair not Singapore iirc. Cambodia or Indonesia is.
Myanmar already supporting Russia.
Vietnam and Cambodia likely pro-Russia.
The rest except Singapore and Brunei are likely unwilling to criticise Putin due to their dependence on Russian military hardware.

It is to these nations interest but for others, it is daily event
Concurrently there are also Us invasion of Syria, Saudi invasion of Yemen, Isr invasion of Syria is also
ongoing.
