Late fee - Niubee - 10-06-2022
i forgot to pay my credit card. Automated late fee waiver declined my waiver request.
I called and tell them i wanna cancel my credit card. CSO sent another late fee waiver and then tell me to spend $100 next mth to get $50 voucher.
Why is Citibank so ma huan one...

Strange. Citibank used to be very generous. They will almost certainly waive the late charges every time I made a request.

He shouldn’t have forgotten to pay on time in the first place.
Same here I have never been declined fee waiver on my cards since I’ve gotten them. Some of my cards are also from Citibank.😁

nowadays they dun send paper statements anymore.
it's safer to use the calendar app as reminders for all payments due.

If you dun spent enough not easy to get a wavier. I usually use the auto IVR to get and no problem.
