In a short video, the master cannot explain all his thinking.

1 cash is eroded by inflation so one has to defend.against this.

2. You cannot just invest in any stock. You need to avoid growth stocks and companies with high debt 
You need to find companies with cashflow higher than rate of inflation.

3. Property is a good investment in places where rent is rising due to inflation
