Not just FTs. Many angmo retirees also like it there for the cheap and good services.
Like the mother of this Youtube vlogger (Chuck) who has just moved his 70yo+ mother over from the US to stay with his inlaws:
And I am rather surprise the high standard for their Covid vaccination in private clinic. Sofa chairs to rest after jab and a final blood pressure measurement to make sure all is ok. I don't see such level of service here.
Even the hospital ward in the smaller cities looks clean n neat, like the ward where the cave-trapped school boys were hospitalised after they were rescued:
