Too risky to travel for leisure now.
China Putian (Fujian) saw a Delta outbreak last week with 24 new infection.
The culprit is a person who had travelled back from Spore on 4 Aug. He was quarantined till 26 Aug b4 leaving for home.
While at home, he was tested -ve 3 times and suddenly became positive on 3 Sep!
I suspect this very LONG incubation period could be the result of being vaccinated as the body is able to slow down the virus replication in the body, but for some unknown reason not able to purge it completely (maybe hiding in nerve tissues like the chicken pox or herpes viruses).

This may means the virus is growing inside the body after being vaccinated.

Their economy is more dependent to tourist.
However how many tourists is dependent their infected cases.
