Iodine and fresh garlic juice mixture applied and cover it to soak in. Keep repeating it with fresh garlic juice each day (24hr max the effectiveness of the garlic juice, so fresh squeeze each day). Should see result in a week if it's a newly acquired wart.

Can ask him to try this cheap wart removal cream.
I have never used it before but it has lots of +ve reviews, including some who had facial warts.

If not, it will cost much more to have it removed using liquid nitrogen spraying.
A private skin doc can charge $300+ just for the first cyro spray, and 2 or more visits (sprays) will be needed!
Gov hospital is cheaper but one visit will still cost more than $70.

Can check with national skin center. With referral from polyclinic could be cheaper. Some private clinics aso can do

Or buy corn/wart plasters from watson, gaurdian, neighborhood shops. A few dollars only, but may need to repeat for quite some time

He told me is not wart, but cyst. What didference? Laser treatment to remove?
Just for cosmetic reasons, it is dry and like those old folks hv some protruding skin, otherwise harmless

Maybe he can go pharm buy some oitment or cream?

Dun know about cyst. Like moles, some could be very dangerous. Best is to visit nsc, see if can be removed instantly using laser or liquid nitrogen
