The lady was laughing or mocking that the speech of our PM was flip flopping or contradict in the statement which he gave.
She seem to think that herd immunity would requires everyone to mingle instead of having people to away from socialising. Which our PM has mentioned in his speech….need to watch the whole thing to better understand what was discussed.
