A Hyundai crashed into a lorry, which then collided with another lorry that toppled on a fourth vehicle.

Two other people were assessed for minor injuries and refused to be taken to hospital.

Seems to me that the foot was still on the accelerator even after knocking into the lorry.
Guess the driver could have passed out before the event.
