Wow, that will be a new Singapore record. So far, none of the GCBs rented out reached 8 figures per year. In fact, none reached $5 million. One almost did (the offer was 4+ million) but the deal did not come about as the owner wanted to reside there instead of renting it out.

( lets say a height of 20 storeys per block . This would mean 20,000 X 5 room HDB flats! If one HDB flat sold for 500K , it would yield the reserves
10 BILLION in profits!
And the HDB peasant buyers will be paying FULL MARKET RATE to SLA for the land and contributing to the reserves! while some
greedy fat pig is feeding on our reserves and paying cheap rental occupying 550,000 sqft feet of
prime GCB land!
