Wow, that will be a new Singapore record. So far, none of the GCBs rented out reached 8 figures per year. In fact, none reached $5 million. One almost did (the offer was 4+ million) but the deal did not come about as the owner wanted to reside there instead of renting it out.

Vivian who lives in colonial bungalow once asked if PA recipients want 3 meals in hawker centre, food court or restaurant?

Probably time to upgrade PA recipients to restaurant now.

Vivian can convert his colonial bungalow to become big restaurant. offer cheap or free food to commoners lor.
In fact , if a restaurant rented the same premises at such LOW RENTAL rates, they will be laughing to the bank!

more like minimum 24M per year 
Our reserves have been raided. 
The Suckmythumb's  bigger plot of land would have fitted ONE THOUSAND 5 room HDB flats of 1000SQFT Side By Side .  And this is not factoring yet the vertical height potential.
( lets say a height of 20 storeys per block . This would mean 20,000 X 5 room HDB flats! If one HDB flat sold for 500K , it would yield the reserves 10 BILLION in profits!
And the HDB peasant buyers will be paying FULL MARKET RATE to SLA for the land and contributing to the reserves! while some greedy fat pig is feeding on our reserves and paying cheap rental occupying 550,000 sqft feet of prime GCB land!
