if it is just a room to watch the race, really is border line. people who attend the event may not even interested in the race but must give face to host.
if such social event consider wrong then many functions cannot attend cause many has entertainment mix in it.

Exactly like the DBS breakdowns. The idiot peeuse can come out and tell ppl not to blame his staff for manual error becos ( " no blame culture " )
And that is after multiple breakdowns and Tharman investigated and found it was becos of 3rd world IT staff.
Ppl choose whether to blame or forgive you or not. Not you DEMAND that people don't blame you!
