if it is just a room to watch the race, really is border line. people who attend the event may not even interested in the race but must give face to host.
if such social event consider wrong then many functions cannot attend cause many has entertainment mix in it.

If you see these people become fat after becoming an MP or Minister, you should know why. I have seen Iswaran and Ang mong seng in person in some dinner event. They eat and eat and become so fat.
