Why ex PM Lee can step down but surprisingly, PM Lawrence Wong cannot find replacements for both Law and Foreign ministers' portfolios?
Despite, having so many members in parliament yet, it seems there a shortage of suitable candidates.

As for PM, you can pick one that's 2nd choice becoz the best selected man for PM post isn't interested.at all.
