Last time, I used to have constant sinus, a blocked nose. The flu flows are continuous. Ever since the nose operation, everything has been normal. Hard to get the flu.

Only pain in the arm. The pain gone off after I took 2 tabs of Panamol. No other side effects.

Did u burn any essential oil at night before u sleep. I did and I suspect that was the cause of my continous flu/mucous flow down the innerside of my nose/throat that I have to get up every night at around 4am - 5am to spit it out. Otherwise, I couldn't get to sleep. It was affecting my sleep so badly that I went to see the doctor and had a nose operation. Since then I do not have that problem.
