Besides various reports on Malaysia, is Vote-rigging Common practice in other ASEAN countries?

It's not often reported and not conspicuous but are they doing it as often as Malaysia leaders?

Who is more matured than others?

It's a drama, they conspired and collaborated just for the sake of winning $$$ millions jackpot for themselves..

They looked pretty humble on the surface but realistically, are extremely dangerous.
