Now quite a number of so called public service jobs are on contract basis, like 3 year renewable....
I was sad when i don't have a pair of new shoes, until i saw someone with no feet...

Just streamline all public service, reduce the High level positions and just make sure that the ChatBot is smarter to answer 10,000 questions.
