It's not possible. Sg's telcos very strict, no way can clone. In order to clone, you need the telco side to approve the route

Practically impossible, unlike some 3rd tier foreign telco

It is obvious that she is mixing up the otp ànd the txns. As her card was compromised with her ccv in the hands of the thief, such txns do not need otp

The thief tried another site that requires otp and that was an isolated one

The rest do not need otp
