A photo emerged online showing an uncle inside a KTV having a very touching time of his life with a KTV hostess.
He was seen with a hostess sitting on top on him as her touched her backside.
It was alleged that he didn’t wear a mask when touching the girl for $300 and he then got infected with the KTV cluster.

Yah, a lot of, er, such "KTV"s around since 1990s? Could be earlier. And yes, they are considered KTVs. That's why now the real KTVs want them to be re-categorised as something else so as not to smudge the reputation of the real KTVs.
