icac ex chief too was in hot soup, he attended close a thousand events in his 5 years term, many gifts exchanged, all these cost close to 13 million hkd, often is over limit on expenditure because they had a lot of maotai and xo

Politicians and civil servants accepting gifts is acceptable. Most important is that they must declare and hand over the gifts to the Treasury upon returned to Singapore or after the event. Big Grin

I don't think iswaran will be charged solely baed on undeclared treatment by obs in London, unless there's other stuff we don't know of
