Must be a group of foreigners trying to scam us. I am getting so annoyed with all this making my life miserable. Can’t that Communication Minister do something?

Very strict laws must be institutionalised to stop and deter scammers from proliferating.
30 strokes rotan, heavy fines, long jail sentences should at least do the trick.
