Other then his big mistake in Alibaba, his other stock picks have done well with Meta going up 400% from his buy CALL. His buys for SEA climbed 50%.
His videos are a huge resource packed with information.
If the fall in reits us due to high interest rates then I agree its a buy. Reits fell again because US rate hikes are delayed by the super strong US economy...it is stubbornly strong....
However, there is are other factors which i find concerning like over supply esp in data centers...many reits are poisoned by Chuna assets just look at Capital Land.
