Tiger...Moomoo are new players. They are safe...but if you very kiasu and want total failsafe then go with local brokers.

Reason is the jurisdiction is unclear for these players. If something happens the key players are in China.

For Tiger, DBS managed your Singapore assets and is the custodian. Interactive Brokers most probably managed the overseas ones.

If Tiger kaput, your assets will be safe under the custodian account. At least that's what the website say.
