Not surprising all these gig economy like Shopee, Grab, Lazada .... they create gig delivery services where the set a quota system to achieve higher payout.
Delivery vans, food delivery bikes and PMD will rush rush rush speed speed speed to hit their target .... you will expect more accidents and death. They die, I don't care, they took risk knowing the consequences ... but not innocent passerby
The authorities better come out with some mitigation measures like install speed restriction devices on these vehicles.
