During these years , There were two major waring civilisations ,The Roman and Persian.Had a prophet risen among them, They would most likely have been killed or persecuted like did to Jesus.If that happened, his message would not have a large impact.
We must know God give many
Chances to humanity before he damn them.
Abraham, Moses, David, Solomon came hundreds ,thousands years before Jesus.Does this the same reason Jews didn’t want to accept Jesus?

So judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires over the truth that has come to you. To each of you We have ordained a code of law and a way of life. If Allah had willed, He would have made you one community, but His Will is to test you with what He has given ˹each of˺ you. So compete with one another in doing good. To Allah you will all return, then He will inform you ˹of the truth˺ regarding your differences.”

The Prophet (peace and blessings be him) said in a Qudsi Hadith, “Allah Almighty says, ‘I created all My servants hunafa’ (i.e. following the original religion of monotheism), then the devils misled them from their religion and forbade them from what I made lawful for them and commanded them to associate with Me that which I have not sent down any authority for.” (Muslim)

Do you know that we Muslims say "Inshaallah" often? That is a manifestation of our submission to God's will. We think we will wake up tomorrow morning but we know we may not. We submit to whatever our Creator wills. That's why we say "Inshaallah" which means "If Allah wills".

Prophet Muhammad was a prophet like Prophet Moses, a law bringer. Peace and blessings be upon them. The 5 daily Solah is a new law that came with Prophet Muhammad. 

The Jews also have a similar law, the 3 daily prayer service. 

Islam is also a state of mind. The best of us are those who are constantly in a state of submission, even as we go on with our daily lives. But this topic is esoteric so its not easy to explain using a few words here.

Quran 33:41 -45”O believers! Always remember Allah often,

and glorify Him morning and evening.

He is the One Who showers His blessings upon you—and His angels pray for you—so that He may bring you out of darkness and into light. For He is ever Merciful to the believers.
