I disagree with phrase Green Dragon when used on China stocks because in China red means stock is up and green means stock went down.

Don’t talk nonsense la
He is referring to this Year of the Wood Dragon la!
Also every year a color is assigned to each Chinese zodiac animal 
This year happens to be green 
So it’s the year of the Green Dragon or Jin Dragon
(12 years again was the year of the red dragon for example)
Some more, because it is a Wood Dragon and since wood comes from tree
And tree is green, therefore this coincidence of a Green Wood dragon happens once in 500 years!
