true,, pain is the worse suffering,, no one can stand pain,,when i was staying in HDB flat nearby.
there was aold lady, she got urinary issue , and pain, she end her life jumping down 13 storey..

i think legalize euthanusia is best,, it allow those who have chronic illness that cannot be curel like cancer to dies painlessly
and with dignity. Even LKY cannot stand the pain ask her daughter to help him end his life..
but she told him it is illegal,, i think he regret he shd have make it legal when he was PM..

some religion cannot, so we use the same rule like organ donation law,, opt out if one do not want.

many european countries already approve euthanusia..
