KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 24 (yesterday) — Former PM Datuk Seri Najib Razak apologised to M'sians over 1-M'sia Development Berhad (1MDB) financial scandal, saying he is deeply shocked, regretful over what happened at Finance Ministry-owned coy.
