Well, US ones are normal. Storms, hurricanes & tornados.

As for Spain, big storms are normal. They even built a large drainage system for it.
Abeit a bit of cutting corners in some parts.(corruption) Hell, they even forgot their conquista.....

So the recent storm is different. Almost 15x of the average big storm & whole city is wipe off....LOL!

And you just wonder why.......... lol!
