Why need to hire additional staffs or retain so much since automation and AI and do the job? Somemore no need take leave 24/7 keep working.

If all companies cut staffs, employees lose income, their  spending decrease, economy will become bad due to decreased spending. Then less business around the world and company profits then fall. It's a cycle lah.
