If the interests of the party and govt are not aligned with that of S'poreans, who will PM LW choose to serve? My guess is the party that put him in power and pays his obscene wages.

All the pappies hv Party Whip protocols which wil never ever change for all of their life under their reign. It wil forever be the same with no better improvements in many policies. Maybe, even worst than expected.
