What are their potential to benefits, drawbacks of app for PAP party reach new voters or strengthen its existing base?  Could it also lead to increased scrutiny or criticism. (Both lehh)

- How does the app compare to similar initiatives by other political parties in S'pore & around the world. Are there any best practices or lessons learned from other successful political apps?.

 (As we all continue to learn those from each others - we sort of can pick up some good points and also some bad points tobe up into book too.)

One survive with dividend is allocated as a fixed amount per share or half (1/2) share, with shareholders receiving a dividend in proportion to their shareholding. 

But the others half dividends had their provided @least temporarily (stable) income is gone, the can't raise morale among shareholders (GONE)
