For yrs, old wee used UOL structure to control a significant portion of UOB shares. UOL large asset base has not been revalued for years as it served the elderly wee's holding structure.

Everything has changed with the asset distribution.
Splitting the assets means the original  structure no longer relevant.

They will be seeking to increase stakes in UOL either for full realisation of value or to gain more control.
