At this point, I don't see any double standard in the ICC. I only see the weak Philipino leader who made use of the ICC warrant of arrest to conveniently getting rid of his political opponent and bundle him to the Hague on a chartered private flight. Ferdinand Marcos Jr is a coward.

While the trial proceeds in the Hague, Duterte may eventually be set free.

I also hope there is No Repeat of Benigno Aquino!
