Just time, I used to have constant sinus, a blocked nose. The flu flows are continuous. Ever since the nose operation, everything has been normal. Hard to get the flu.

Did u burn any essential oil at night before u sleep. I did and I suspect that was the cause of my continous flu/mucous flow down the innerside of my nose/throat that I have to get up every night at around 4am - 5am to spit it out. Otherwise, I couldn't get to sleep. It was affecting my sleep so badly that I went to see the doctor and had a nose operation. Since then I do not have that problem.
