With only 61% of the popular votes, but pap control over 91% of parliament.

That's the undemocratic system pap created by constantly changing the constitution and gerrymandering.

So even if they have only 30% of the votes they will still have 50% of parliament to form govt.

Why do you still need to vote them?

Don't waste your vote. Put it to better use. Vote anyone except pap.

Why the disproportional is because Sg do not practise 
Proportional representation as some countries. It is winner takes all.
unless Non Constituency MPs base on party count implemented, it can make the parliament more balance.
Non Constituency MPs elsewhere has equal rights as other MP but no power to manage constituency
matters and their pay should be lower
