I not surprise, even our side telling SMC go Malaysia venture there. Aka means labour at Malaysia whereas Main office in SG.

I feel Malaysia this time seem ok ever since Anwar in charge. Last time this Malaysia ah pek contractor told me, actually they chinese don't mind who in charge partly " as usual is the Malay in charge but come financial they not cunning like our Side in the sense like giving handout etc. He claim our Side is Cunning come giving Handout to the people. "

In fact Malaysian every year also got handout from the Govt. Not just our SG here.

I see Anwar now aggressive work with China can tell. He knows No matter what here in Asia, Southeast Asia, China is the " Boss " of here. Come Economics etc.

One thing also Malaysia all along never invest much with USA , so the only side they can go for is China.

Whereas our side of course always with USA and China but problem is Our country is small. Rental is killing every business next labour cost is on the high side too.
