Why PAP system has so many loopholes?

1.  What are these 2 Indian Nationals doing in SG?

2. What type of work passes are issued by MOM?

3. Why they need Punjabi translators in SG when English is our criteria?

4. They are hiring lawyers because they are against these charges and just shake their heads " Don't know"?

5. Why our Court can allow so many Foreigners with "Don't know" to escape the maximum penalty?

Well said, the relevant  authorities should ask themselves these questions when faced with these FTs.....
