I actually went through a hair transplant myself last year and honestly, it took a bit of courage to commit. My self-confidence definitely improved as the new hair started coming in, but I won’t lie, the recovery period was kind of rough for the first week. I was skeptical at first but seeing the results now, I’d say it was worth it.
